How Trophy Planner handles your data

Effective during the open beta · Last updated 11 August 2026

Who is responsible

The data controller for the Trophy Planner beta is Abdelhamid CHERIF. Use the private support form for privacy requests, questions, objections, or complaints; this avoids publishing a personal email address.

What the beta processes

  • Sign-in identity: a stable account ID, your email address, display name, and the Google account ID when you use Google sign-in. Sign-in sessions and one-time email links are stored only as hashes.
  • Access and account records: beta status, adult confirmation, plan, usage totals, and account activity.
  • Selected public PlayStation profile data: Online ID, public trophy lists, game versions, progress, artwork URLs, and synchronization timestamps.
  • Your Trophy Planner work: questions, save answers you provide, recent-game activity, roadmaps, checklist states, and manual progress.
  • Safety and support: minimal moderation categories and actions, answer-report reasons, and messages you deliberately submit to support. Support requests are linked to your signed-in Trophy Planner account and its reply email.
  • Technical operations: request identifiers, timestamps, status, error categories, and provider usage needed to operate and secure the beta.

Trophy Planner never asks for or stores your PlayStation password, NPSSO cookie, or personal PSN access token.

Why it is processed

Core account, trophy, roadmap, and AI processing is necessary to provide the beta service you request. Security, abuse prevention, cost control, and service reliability are handled for the controller’s legitimate interests, balanced against user rights. Records may also be processed to meet legal obligations or respond to a user’s support request. Trophy Planner does not use beta data for advertising or sell it.

Who receives data

Google provides optional Google sign-in, and an email delivery provider sends one-time sign-in links. OpenAI infrastructure provides hosting, AI analysis, moderation, and web-assisted research. Only the game, trophy, question, and saved context relevant to a request are sent for AI analysis. Public PlayStation information is retrieved from PlayStation-facing services. Linked guide sites receive ordinary browser request information only when you choose to open them.

Retention

Active account dataKept while your beta account is active, until you delete it, or until the beta ends and the data is no longer needed.
Revoked account dataRead-only and recoverable for 30 days, then eligible for permanent deletion.
Safety, reports, and supportKept only as needed to review incidents and appeals; the beta target is no longer than 12 months after resolution unless law requires longer.
OpenAI API abuse monitoringOpenAI states that eligible API abuse-monitoring logs may be retained for up to 30 days by default, unless longer retention is legally required.

Your choices and rights

You may ask for access, correction, restriction, portability, objection, or deletion, where applicable. You can permanently delete your Trophy Planner account from the Account page. You may also contact the controller through support and lodge a complaint with the CNIL. Deleting Trophy Planner data does not change PlayStation data.

International processing and changes

Technology providers may process data outside France or the European Economic Area under their applicable contractual safeguards. This beta notice will be updated when providers, purposes, retention, or commercial terms materially change.
